FOR YOUR SAFETY

Entering the Studio: 

You will use the touchpad at the front door to call your trainer. They will let you in.

Please wait in the 4th-floor lobby until your trainer invites you in. There are restrooms available in the lobby.

Upon arrival please maintain 6’ social distancing as much as possible. 

Masks are required to enter the studio and must remain on at all times (extra masks will be available if needed). 

Contactless temperature checks will be conducted for both employees and clients upon arrival. 

Your name, temperature, date, and time will be recorded for contact tracing.

You will be asked the following questions.

Do you have a fever, or have you felt feverish recently? Do you have a cough? 

Are you having shortness of breath or any difficulty breathing? 

Do you have chills or repeated shaking with chills? 

Do you have any muscle pain or body aches? 

Do you have any recent onset of headache or sore throat? 

Have you been experiencing nausea and/or vomiting? 

Do you have any recent loss of taste or smell? 

Have you been experiencing fatigue recently? 

Have you experienced any recent GI upset or diarrhea? 

Have you been advised to self-quarantine because of exposure to someone with COVID-19? 

Have you traveled in the past 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19? 

Have you been tested for COVID-19? If yes, what was the result? 

Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19? If yes, when? 

Small bottles of water will be available, though we recommend that clients and instructors bring their own water bottles. 

60%+ alcohol hand sanitizer and equipment wipes will be provided. 

During the Session: 

Instructors are responsible for cleaning equipment 

Clients and instructors are to keep masks on at all times. 

After the Session:

We strongly encourage contactless/touch-less payment. Payment can be arranged with your trainer.

When you are finished with your session, please take your belongings and exit expediently so that there is no bottleneck in the lobby area - maintaining 6’ social distancing as much as possible.

In General: 

We kindly ask all employees and clients to reschedule appointments if they do not feel well or have been exposed to anyone who has been ill.
