Private Sessions
A one-on-one session with an instructor ensures that your individual needs and goals are met. Private sessions are highly recommended for new clients and are the best way to progress your pilates practice.
Semi-Privates
Two clients work with one instructor. Although this is a group session, the instructor will individualize the session to meet each client’s workout level and goals.
Virtual Mat Classes
In the philosophy of pilates, matwork is considered to be the foundation. In these classes, the body creates its own resistance to strengthen the core. We do use small props to help the body achieve a deeper understanding of the exercises. Experience a workout that your abs will not soon forget!
Zoom Classes
Zoom Private Sessions Use whatever Pilates equipment you may have at home! Stability Ball, Foam Roller, Bands, Magic Circle and hand weights. Your trainer will tell you what you will need for each session.
